Samoyed

History, origin & features

The Samoyed is a breed that originated in the far north of Siberia, from the Samoyed tribe to be precise. The white color was introduced when the breed was bred in England and the United States. Samoyeds have been used for bear hunting and as sled dogs. They are very handsome but also very intelligent, docile dogs that adore children. He keeps a strong temperament, and is very noisy because he likes to bark. The Samoyed is an incredibly beautiful dog, with thick white fur giving it an air of purity. They have small, erect ears, a bushy tail and a thick, dense coat. His coat is smooth, short and very soft. It looks like a snowball with its plain white color.
